Vedan Child & Women Care Foundation is a Section 8 company incorporated on 3 February 2025 under the Companies Act, 2013 by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. The organization is registered as a company limited by guarantee with Corporate Identity Number (CIN): U88900RJ2025NPL099803.

The foundation works as a social impact startup focused on developing technology-driven solutions for community development. Its initiatives aim to support rural women empowerment, skill development, child education support, employment opportunities, digital healthcare assistance, and community development programs.
